Theories and Practices in Management-TPM 2020

Conference Background:

    Management is an ever evolving field of study and practice.  Future will be more uncertain than ever before. Management under uncertainty is a current theme of relevance for companies across the globe, irrespective of the stage of the respective economy.

   Persistently and consistently ,research is being published and tested in markets. Also, existing research is retested and developed further. It becomes important that new researches and theories are discussed and shared with researchers and industry professionals.  Conferences and academic events are such platforms which bring together industry and academia to discuss management theories and practices.   

Theories and Practices (TPM) is one such conference series which aims to bring academia and industry participants on one platform to share management theories and practices. 

  TPM 2020 invites contributions in the following suggested sub-themes. However, authors can also contribute under other relevant sub-themes.

CONFERENCE STRUCTURE:

The conference invites submission in the following four different formats/ categories:

1. Research Papers: This category would include the completed original research work or working papers of authors.

2. Posters: This category would include poster presentation of the ideas/ working papers by the authors. The participant would display posters and would be available to discuss and answer questions during the assigned session.

3. Doctoral Research: This category would include presentation of ongoing and completed PhD works.

4. Case studies: This category would include case studies related to the conference theme.

  REGISTRATION (Early bird standard rates till September 1,2020):

  • INR 3000 for presentation (Academia/Students)
  • INR 5000 for presentation (Industry)
  • INR 2000 for all listeners/co-authors
  • USD 300 for all international participants 

 

After early bird registration date,an additional fees (above standard rates) of USD 100 per person will be applicable. Some concession in registration amount is available for selected papers (to be decided by the organizers based on the quality of research papers submitted).

The registration fees include attendance in the conference, relevant certificate, conference kit and refreshments, only. Accommodation  and travel is NOT included in registration fees.

Key features...

The submissions are invited from academicians, people from industry, policy makers, researchers and students in the form of ‘extended abstract’ . The ‘extended abstract’ should be of around 1000-2000 words and would include summary of research objective, research methodology, findings and conclusions.  The first page of the submission should include the complete contact details of the authors.

IMPORTANT DATES:

• Last date of submission: August 30,2020

• Review decision: Within one month of submission

• Last date for registration: October 1,2020

PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES : 

Selected presentations from the conference would be given an opportunity  to get published in Scopus/Web of Science/ABDC indexed journals. 

AWARDS: The paper presented in the conference would be eligible for THREE best paper awards.
